PRAYER: Appeal filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the judgment and decree of the court of the Principal District Court, Salem dated 01.04.2015 made in A.S.No.82 of 2014 confirming the judgment and decree of the court of the Principal Sub Court, Salem dated 21.01.2014 made in O.S.No.337 of 2012. DECREE: This Second Appeal Coming on for hearing on this day, and upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the Judgments and Decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and the material papers in the case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.Manokaran, Advocate for the Appellant and Mr.D.Shivakumaran, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court doth order and decree as follows:

1. That the Judgment and decree of the court of the Principal District Court, Salem dated 01.04.2015 made in A.S.No.82 of 2014 confirming the judgment and decree of the court of the Principal Sub Court, Salem dated 21.01.2014 made in O.S.No.337 of 2012 be and hereby is confirmed and this Second Appeal is dismissed; and
