Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time to comply with the conditions in an order dated 09.03.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.4453 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.No.587 of 2026 is extended till 29.05.2026, failing which, the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.4453 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.No.587 of 2026, dated 09.03.2026 shall automatically stand cancelled.
