The present petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to investigate into the matter, register a case dated 11.11.2014 against the respondents 4 to 6 and file report.

2. The petitioner sent a complaint by registered post to the 3rd respondent police on 11.11.2014 as against the respondents 4 to 6 herein on the allegation of cheating.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

instructions, that as on date, no complaint is pending with the respondent police. On going through the allegations made in the averment to the petition itself shows, there is no cognizable offence made out and the petitioner has to workout her remedy before the appropriate forum.

4. I find there is some force in the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant a direction as sought for by the petitioner and this petition stands dismissed.
