This petition has been filed seeking to amend the name of the satisfaction court as ''The Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court at Vellore, Vellore

District'' instead of ''The Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court(FTC) at Vellore, Vellore District'' in Crl.M.P.No.5484 of 2026 in Crl.MP.No.3998 of 2026 in Crl.A.No.246 of 2026 dated 25.03.2026.

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 27.04.2026 DN Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and issue fresh copy of the order by 29.04.2026.
