(CRIME NO.312/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that shall stay art Chennai and report before the Inspector of police, Egmore Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30.a.m and 5.30.pm for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation as per the order dated 08.06.2022 passed in Crl.O.P No.12878/2022 and pass such other order or orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.DHANASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl.

Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.12878 of 2022 on 08.06.2022, to stay at Chennai and report before Inspector of Police, Egmore Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m. For a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report the respondent police on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
