This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.03.2020.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the respondent, the same has been transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, Esplanade Police Station, Chennai. Therefore, no complaint is pending with the file of the respondent.
3.Heard Mr.Joseph, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
