O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in Crime No.79 of 2012 pending on the file of first respondent/ complainant and quash the same. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Crime No.79 of 2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.3 of 2016.

3.Since, charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.79 of 2012, now, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
