ORDER
This petition is filed praying to extend the time to furnish sureties before the VIIth Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.17611 of 2017.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition as to why the petitioners could not surrender in time, it would be appropriate to modify the earlier order passed in Crl.M.P.No.17611/2017 dated 14.11.2017. Accordingly following order is passed:- a. The petitioners are directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their surrender before the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai in connection with order passed in Crl.M.P.No.17611 of 2017 dated 14.11.2017 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
b. The petitioners shall also execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai and report before the respondent police for a period of fifteen days daily at 5:30 p.m. and thereafter as and when required.
