The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent to measure her land property situated in Survey No.459(3A) in 0-18.00 acre in Patta No.273 of Koramanndaalli Village, C.D. Pettai Post, Palakkodu Taluk, Dharmapuri District, based on her representation dated 27.07.2016. 2.According to the petitioner, she is the absolute owner of the property in question. It is her case that since her neighbours attempted to encroach her land from all sides, she is not able to assess the boundaries of her land. Hence, she made an application to the respondent on 27.07.2016 seeking to measure her property. Despite several requests to the respondent to consider her representation, since no action is taken by him, the petitioner is before this court.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
