ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner "that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.6475 of 2026 dated 13.03.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6475 of 2026 vide order dated 13.03.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
