This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6 in Crl.O.P.No.10191 of 2024 on 26.04.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that, petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the III Addl. City Civil Court, Chennai. All other conditions remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this Crl. MP is ordered.
