3. It is submitted by both the learned counsel that the matter has been settled in Lok Adalat at Krishnagiri.
4. The learned counsel have also produced an award dated 24.03.2017 made by the Lok Adalat held at Krishnagiri.
5. The same is taken on file, the submission made by the learned counsel is recorded. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner makes an endorsement in the court records saying that the Civil Revision Petition shall be dismissed as settled out of court in Lok Adalat.
