This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein forthwith disburse the retirement benefits i.e. the Gratuity, Special Grade Salary, Earn Leave Salary, etc. payable to the petitioner by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 09.06.2020 and 12.09.2020.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the contesting respondents that all the retirement benefits that are due to the petitioner have been settled.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, nothing survives for further consideration by this Court in this writ petition.
