ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.711 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.711 of 2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the Mahila Court, Coimbatore and the same was taken on file as CC No.134 of 2015. Subsequently, after trial, the petitioner was also acquitted from the charges by order dated 08.03.2016.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.711/2012 and the case ended in acquittal, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
