When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ miscellaneous Petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
