O R D E R

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the said endorsement, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.

3. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that the petitioner and respondent are wife and husband and there arose differences between them. Hence, respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.336 of 2015 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee. Learned counsel further submits that since the petitioner is unwell, she finds it very difficult to attend Court and hence, she prays for early disposal of the petition.

4. However, taking note of the submission made by learned counsel for petitioner, this Court directs learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.336 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
