Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority for interim orders in terms of Section 10(B) of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In light of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
