O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging that, pursuant to the undertaking given before this Court, the respondent did not hand over the possession of property to the petitioner.

2. Earlier, when the matter came up for hearing, contemnor appeared before this court and submitted that he will hand over the possession immediately, hence, the matter was adjourned today.

3. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr. P.Subba Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.Ramana Reddy, learned counsel appearing for respondent would submit that the possession has been handed over to the petitioner and the petitioner has taken over the possession. Contemnor also present before this Court.

3. Considering the fact that, the possession has been handed over to the petitioner, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
