WP.No.13679 of 2010: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to Call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.8740/A-1/2008 dated 20.05.2010 and quash the same consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any one of the suitable post under the compassionate ground in any one of the Government School.
