ORDER

Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the respondents 1 and 2.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to remove the name of the fourth respondent, from patta No.1643, in Paranji Village

account, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District.

3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if this Court is pleased to permit the petitioner to make a representation to the second respondent, within a specified period and on such representation being made, the second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

5. In view of the limited relief sought by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the second respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The petitioner is directed to submit the representation to the second respondent, along with a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, with the above directions.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
