Crl.M.P.No.6887 of 2023 Crl.M.P.No.6887 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9791 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9791 of 2023, dated 05.05.2023, passed by this Court, that the petitioner shall pay Rs.10,000/- directly to the victim and the acknowledgement for the same shall be produced before the learned Magistrate while executing bond.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, while granting bail, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- directly to the victim. However, since the victim had refused to receive the said payment, the petitioner had taken a Demand Draft and had sent the same through the Registered Post to the victim and she has also received the same today. Hence, he prayed for appropriate modification of the said condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall produce the acknowledgement of the Registered Post along with the copy of Demand Draft sent to the victim, before the learned Magistrate while executing the bond. The other conditions shall remain intact.
