(Order of the Court was made by N. KIRUBAKARAN,J.) The earlier representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner on 12.06.218 is that the petitioner intends to challenge the order dated 02.12.2017 before the Madurai Bench of this Court and W.P. No. 13416 of 2018 has been filed before the Madurai Bench challenging the very same order. Moreover, the properties are located at Kodaikanal, which comes within the jurisdiction of Madurai Bench. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to prosecute W.P. No.13416 of 2018 before the Madurai Bench.
In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to prosecute W.P.
No. 13416 of 2018 before the Madurai Bench of this Court. No costs. Connected W.M.Ps are closed.
