This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register an FIR on the complaint dated 04.05.2019 in C.S.R.No.213 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
