(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) It is conceded on behalf of the petitioner that F.I.R. is already registered qua the allegation of ex-communication, but despite that, the petitioner is sought to be denied access to a public temple, which compelled the petitioner to file a representation before the Collector on 02.05.2015. 2.On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is directed that in respect of the aforesaid aspect, the representation of the petitioner be disposed of in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned, within two (2) months of the receipt of the order.
