Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to return the petitioner's Original Certificate namely, 10th Mark list, 12th mark list, community certificate, Undergraduate (B.A.) Degree certificate and mark list, Transfer Certificate, and Residential Certificate and B.Ed Degree Certificate along with the mark list.

When the case was taken up for consideration on 31.01.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through his learned counsel. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today i.e., on 05.02.2018, under the caption "for dismissal".

inclined to adjourn the matter, since the second respondent claims that all the certificate had already been returned to the petitioner.
