.. Respondents Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 10.03.2021 made in W.P. No.24893 of 2018 passed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced before this Court the computerised patta in respect of the property which is the subject matter of the writ petition. It is stated that as per the direction of this Court to restore patta in the name of the petitioners in the writ petition, mutation has taken place and the computerised patta would show the compliance of the direction of this Court in the writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner in the Contempt Petition also submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.

4. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have also appeared by virtual mode, but they are unable to

connect themselves due to technical problems in connectivity. The submission of the learned counsel for the Government Advocate is recorded.

5. Recording the submission of the learned counsel on either side, reporting compliance, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
