Prayer:-Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the second respondent culminated in and by his proceedings in I.D.No.566 of 2010 by the II Additional Labour Court, Chennai dated 11/3/2013 and quash the same. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.

Heard Mr.R.Santhanam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.T.Varadarajulu, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3. This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the order passed by the second respondent in I.D.No.566 of 2010 by the II Additional Labour Court, Chennai dated 11/3/2013.

4. It is submitted on either side that the matter has been settled between the parties and a memo of compromise dated 23/11/2015 has been filed to the said effect and the same was signed by both the parties and the learned counsel appearing on either side. Memo of Compromise shall form part of the records. As agreed to by the parties, the petitioner Management will be entitled to withdraw the amount deposited before the Second Additional Labour Court, pursuant to the interim orders granted by this Court along with accrued interest on filing proper application before the Court.

To effectuate the above direction, the labour Court shall direct the Bank to close the reinvestment account and order for payment out to the petitioner Management.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
