By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has submitted representation to the respondents on 24.03.2025 to measure and mark the boundaries in Natham S.No.284, in resurvey No.284/58 measuring an extent of 1168.5 sq ft. in Ajjanahalli Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District, and has also paid necessary fees as early as on 24.03.2025. However, the petitioner's representation was not considered by the respondent till date, thus the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

On this being pointed out, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation and carry out a survey and place boundary stones at the subject property within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the 2/4
petitioner.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondents to carry out a survey, place boundary stones and complete the process within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving prior notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and other interested parties including rival claimants if any. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
