Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings No.Na.Ka.2369/A2/2016 dated 19.04.2018 and quash the same and directing the respondents, to regularize the period of service of the petitioner 23.02.2007 to 27.01.2010 in the cadre of B.T.Assistant (History) and to confer all consequently service and monetary benefits within time limit to be prescribed by this Honourable Court.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order passed by the second respondent dated 19.04.2018 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to direct the respondents, to regularize his period of service from 23.02.2007 to 27.01.2010 in the cadre of B.T.Assistant (History) and for consequential benefits.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the petitioner retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation. He further submitted that though this writ petition has been filed for a larger relief, the petitioner would be satisfied, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to settle the eligible amount due to the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the respondents would consider the case of the petitioner, if there is any eligible amount due to him.

4.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's claim and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
