The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate petition for modification before the trial Court.

2.Liberty is granted to the petitioner to withdraw this petition and to file a modification petition before the trial Court. 3.On such modification petition is being filed before the trial Court, the trial Court shall decide the same on its own merit.

4.This petition stands withdrawn accordingly.
