O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to provide police protection to the petitioner to put up fence to the petitioner's property.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the vacant land bearing Survey number 104/1B situated at Trichy Main Road, Poonthottam Limit, Villupuram District. He would further submit that the petitioner had filed suit in O.S.No.182 of 2012 before the Principal District Court, Villupuram for Declaration of title and permanent injunction and the petitioner has also got the decree in favour of her. As of now, no appeal is filed against the said decree. Though the decree is in favour of the petitioner, the fourth respondent is trying to encroach the above said property. Hence, he seeks police protection. Page No:2/4

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents police.

4. Such view of the matter, the third respondent police shall act on the complaint of the petitioner. In the event of any attempt made to encroach the above said property, the respondent police shall take action as per law.
