These petitions have been filed i) to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant, and iii) to bring on record the L.Rs. of the deceased sole appellant.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the respective petitions, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
