2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the second respondent issued only photocopy of the notice. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant portion of Paragraph 15 of the support affidavit and the same reads as follows: '15.....The 2nd Respondent issued only copy of the Notice, hence the petitioner filed dispense with petition along with this writ petition.'

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
