K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI.J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall stay at Chennai and report before the North Beach Police Station every day at 10.30am for a period of 4 weeks and they shall not go out of the jurisdictional limits of the North Beach Police Station, Chennai during the aforesaid period. Thereafter, the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30.am for a period of 2 weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.6336 of 2023 dated 28.03.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
