This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9431 of 2025, dated 28.03.2025 in paragraph No.6(b)that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitiones have been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9431 of 2025, dated 28.03.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
