Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to allot Jawaharlal Nehru Auditorium to the Petitioner on 13.06.2019 to conduct the General Body Meeting of the Petitioner Association at 4.00pm as allotted on all the previous occasions and also to the other similarly placed Associations.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach this Court for the same cause of action. According to him, an order has been passed by the respondent University rejecting the request of the petitioner. Further, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement to the following effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to withdraw the order dated 06.06.2019 and subsequent to filing of the Writ Petition."
