CRIME NO.164 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditions para 6(a) that waive the deposit amount of Rs.25,000/- and permit the petitioners to execute the sureties made in Crl.OP.No.11414/2021 dated 02.07.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to modify the conditional amount imposed in the order dated 02.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.11414 of 2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are very poor and that they are not in a position to deposit the conditional amount and prayed this Court to modify the amount.

3.Heard the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the amount imposed on the petitioners in the order dated 02.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.11414 of 2021 is reduced from Rs.25,000/- to Rs.15,000/-. The conditional amount is accordingly modified.
