C O M M O N O R D E R (through video conference) Heard Mr. B. Satish Sundar, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mrs.Hema Muralikrishnan, Learned Senior Panel Counsel for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

It is brought to notice of this Court by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the present Writ Petitions were the subject-matter of Transfer Petition Nos. 1932 to 1935 of 2017 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, which had been heard along with Civil Appeal No.2013 of 2014 and disposed by order dated 07.03.2018. It is evident from the said order that the said Transfer Petitions had been allowed and these Writ Petitions have been directed to be transferred to the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and disposed in terms of the order dated 07.03.2018 passed in Civil Appeal No. 2013 of 2014. In view of the same, no further orders are required in the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are treated as closed. No costs.
