ORDER

The petitioner has come forward to challenge the demand notice of the respondent in Letter Reference No.40/2015 dated 11.03.2015, by which, the petitioner was asked to pay a sum of Rs.7,97,396/- as indicated in the audit report. 2.

Though the petitioner has paid the said amount under protest, a detailed representation has been given disputing the liability. Thereafter, the petitioner has come forward to challenge the order impugned dated 11.03.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

After going through the order impugned, this Court is of the view that though it is not aptly worded that it has to be termed as show cause notice, the petitioner has given his reply on 12.05.2015. Therefore, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate final orders by taking into consideration the reply of the petitioner dated 12.05.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
