ORDER

The relief sought for in this petition is to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and the counsel for appearing for the respondents.

3. On a complaint given by one A. Ranganathan, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.55 of 2018. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed.
