This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.1 of 2023.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that investigation in the above crime number has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Salem and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.630 of 2025.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed, quashing of the First Information Report does not arise.
