This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28898 of 2024, dated 20.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28898 of 2024, dated 20.12.2024 is relaxed.
