The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in C.No.102 of 2024.

2. In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties are directed to co-operate for the enquiry. Not to harass the petitioner till then.

3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
