This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of order dated 17.10.2016 passed in O.S.No.4610 of 2014, dated 17.10.2016 passed by XV Asst. City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for Petitioner would submit that as the Petitioner has filed the copy of order passed in the suit before the first appellate court, there is no other certified copy available with them and now, he has filed the copy application for obtaining the same, but the same is not yet made ready. Hence, he may be permitted to produce xerox copy of judgment and decree. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered.
