Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition No.(iii) the petitioners appear before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7695 of 2020 dated 19.05.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7695 of 2020 dated 19.05.2020

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.O.P.No.7695 of 2020 dated 19.05.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
