Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Official Trustee of make necessary paper publication in two local newspaper one in English and another in Tamil, inviting applications from eligible persons so as to reach the Office of the Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu on a date to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court for appointment of four members to he Board of Madras Tamil Mission Trust for a period of five years.
This application coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of Mr.S.Raju, Official Trustee of Tamilnadu, the applicant appearing in person and upon reading the Judges Summons and the report of the Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu filed herein, it is ordered as follows :
That the Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu, the applicant herein be and is hereby permitted to take out publication in one issue of English Daily "The Times of India" and in one issue of Tamil Daily " Dinakaran", inviting applications from eligible persons, so as to reach the office of the Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu on or before 25.08.2021 for the appointment of four
members to the Board of Madras Tamil Mission Trust for a period of five years.

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the Court made the following order:- The above application has been filed by the Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu seeking permission to make necessary paper publication in two local newspapers, one in English and another in Tamil, inviting applications from eligible persons so as to reach the office of the Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu on a date to be fixed by this Hon'ble court for appointment of four members to the Board of Madras Tamil Mission Trust for a period of five years.

Heard the learned Official Trustee and perused the report filed by him.

Since the tenure of the members of the Board of Madras Tamil Mission Trust has expired, the permission sought by the Official Trustee to make necessary paper publication is hereby granted. 4.
Accordingly, the Official Trustee is permitted to take out
publication in one issue of English Daily "The Times of India" and in one issue of Tamil Daily "Dinakaran", inviting applications from eligible persons, so as to reach the office of the Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu on or before 25.08.2021 for the appointment of four members to the Board of Madras Tamil Mission Trust for a period of five years.
