O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5625 of 2020 dated 16.03.2020, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail on 16.03.2020 and that he came out from prison on 18.03.2020 and he was regularly complying with the condition. Thereafter, there was compete national lock down and that the petitioner had returned to his native place and thereby he was unable to comply with the condition. Hence he prays for relaxation.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 18.03.2020 to 26.03.2020. Thereafter, not complied the condition and hence, he opposed this petition.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5625 of 2020 dated 16.03.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
