This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27650 of 2024, dated 05.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27650 of 2024, dated 05.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m. is relaxed.
