(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions in Crl.M.P.No. 5076 of 2020, in view of the above, the order made in Crl.O.P.No. 33255/2019 dated 26.08.2019 is modified to the effect the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month.

2.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
