O R D E R
The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register F.I.R. and to investigate the same based on the complaint dated 22.06.2015.
2. The petitioner is the wife of one Marimuthu. Their marriage has been solemnized by the elders as per Hindu rites and customs on 08.09.2014 at Rajammal Thirumanamandapam in Porayar. Within the three months from the date of marriage, the petitioner's husband's mother, sisters and their husband namely
P.K.Kamaraj, Sakunthala, G.Muthukrishnan-Malarvizhi, V. Senthil kumar - Rani demanded dowry and also tortured the petitioner. Further the in-laws of the petitioner advised the petitioner's husband not to live with the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 22.06.2015 and the same was forwarded to the second respondent. But no action was taken on the complaint of the petitioner till date. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present criminal original petition.
3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner a detailed enquiry was conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner and the said complaint was closed on the basis of the undertaking given by the counter petitioner. He also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.
5. In view of the submissions made on either side, as the complaint given by the petitioner has already been closed, nothing survives in this petition and this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
